When the architects of Celebrity Cruises posed the question of how a classic self-service restaurant could be developed into an extraordinary design element and central meeting point on a ship, our company was very quickly chosen as the contractor. Complex lighting, noise-reducing design elements, the integration of show kitchens, heating and cooling elements in the stone coverings of the buffet and making all this compatible with the requirements of the US health authorities was a great challenge for our project managers and engineers. We are very proud to have solved these problems for the five largest five-star ships of the shipping line.
